Will definitely return in the future, and Lorraine and Ula were wonderful hosts.

Lorraine can put you in touch with some talented people for extra activities and based on our experience I would highly recommend: we went on a fantastic foraging trip with the very knowledgeable Alex Ross. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

the house itself is big and it's nicer than it appears on the photos. Bathrooms and basement a little dated but to be expected for a building that old and it was still comfortable.

We loved walking in the forest and coming back for an afternoon in the hot tub & napping by the fire.

(we all slept in one room because the note about the ghost in the review book creeped us out a bit 😅)
